Tahir Hussain's Torts Made Easy

torts general beginner coaching_review

Tahir Hussain's Torts Made Easy, I swear it's the only book that made sense of this chaotic subject. I used it for General Law Study and it's actually very helpful. Now, the writing style might be a bit old-school, but the points are crystal clear. He breaks down the cases so effortlessly that I finally understood the reasoning behind those ancient judgments. The way he differentiates between intentional and negligence is spot on. If you're struggling with Torts, seriously consider this book, you won't regret it. I mean, jab tum log mock tests dete ho, this is one less thing to worry about. Just remember, it's not a one-stop solution, still need to read the NCERT and all.

Bhai yaar, can we please talk about Tahir Hussain's 'Torts Made Easy' casebook? I mean, is it really easy? I'm stuck on chapter 3 and it feels like it's making my head spin! Has anyone else struggled with it? Or maybe I'm just too slow? Help!
