Surviving Constitutional Law in Limited Time
constitutional clat_pg intermediate schedule_helpBro, I'm struggling to study Con Law for CLAT PG and AILET PG, aur kya karungi? I made a rough plan: 3 months, 5 days a week, 4-5 hours/day. I'm aiming to cover 1-2 topics/day, with 1-2 hours for Mulyankan/evaluation. I've divided the syllabus into chunks: Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles, Emergency Provisions, and Judicial Review. I'm also preparing a concept map/flow chart for better retention.
But is this plan enough, doston? I've seen the sample papers, and Con Law questions are really tricky. Sometimes it feels like, in theory, ye provision bahut powerful lagta hai, but in reality, it gets dismissed in 2 minutes. So, how should I manage my time? Should I allocate more hours for studying, or is it okay to revise and practice more?

Bhai, I get ya. Toh kya hota hai, we need to focus on key cases like Golaknath, Minerva Mills, and Keshavananda Bharati. Sab question mein unke impact par focus karna hoga. Also, read 42nd Amendment aur 93rd Amendment koi bhi question aya to pata lag jayega. Aur last mein, Constitutional Law of JS Kher paper ko padhna hoga.
Yaar, don't worry, surviving Constitutional Law in limited time is possible. Focus on basics like Preamble, Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles, and key judgements like Kesavananda Bharati. Make a timeline, dedicate 1-2 days to each chapter, and practice MCQs. Also, watch YouTube lectures or make notes from online resources like Bare Act or Dr. Dhirkumar Sharma videos.
