Surviving Company Law, Help!
company general intermediate resource_requestMujhe lagta hai main kuch nahi karta! I'm trying to study company law for my general law exam and I'm completely lost. I've tried Sir GP Singh's book but woh bahut bada hai and I don't know what to focus on. I've also checked out some YouTube videos but they're so basic. I need something that's a little more advanced, something that'll help me clear my concepts. Has anyone else struggled with company law? What resources have you used to study? I've heard about Mulla's book but it's so old, is it still relevant? Any help would be appreciated!

Main khush nahi hoon, Company Law mein yeh baat theek nahi hai. Tum Company ka concept to samajh raho, par yeh aise explain kiya jaa raha hai jaise hum kuch bhi samajh rahe hain. Company ka registration, incorporation, kaptaan ki role... sab kuchh detail mein aata hai. Isme thoda aur depth daalein, aur kuch real life example se support karein, toh yeh subject aisa nahi hoga.
