Supreme Court Blocks 12th Standard Results in MP Due to Question Paper Leak

So I saw this news recently, right? In MP, the 12th standard results were blocked due to a question paper leak. But what struck me was that the court actually cited Article 21 of the Indian Constitution, which talks about the right to life and personal liberty. Now in this case, the students were literally robbed of their chance to appear in exams with a fair question paper. It's a classic case of 'state action' and how the state can't just mess around with its citizens' rights. And guess what? This is exactly what Justice VR Krishna stated, saying the students have a 'right to appear in their exams' and the state's action is 'arbitrary' and 'high-handed'. So it shows how the Constitution actually comes into play in real-life situations, and in this case, in theory, the students have a strong case.
