Suing a Corporation under Sec 34 of IPC: A Maze in Common Law

Yarz I'm stuck in CPC chapter 9 for CUET PG Law exam. So we have Sec 34 IPC which says that abetment of a criminal act done by any person may also be considered as a criminal act if that act causes harm to someone else. But what if that act was done by a corporation? I mean, kya hum corporation ko Section 34 IPC ke under lawsuit kar sakte hain? Or is it a case under the Companies Act? I thought IPC is for individuals, Companies Act for corporations. But what about those times when a corporate employee commits a crime in the name of the company? Is it a case of vicarious liability or what? Mujhe to lagta hai ki yeh sabhi concepts alag-alag hain aur main kis section ke under kaise lawsuit karoon? Help a brother out y'all
