Studying Family Law in Tight CLAT UG Schedule

family clat_ug advanced schedule_help

I've got only a few days left to prep for CLAT UG, and I'm focusing on Family Law. My plan is to read the bare act (The Hindu Marriage Act, The Special Marriage Act, etc.) cover to cover, make flashcards for key concepts and judgments like "Mulla's Case" (Mulla v. State of Madhya Pradesh), and practice MCQs from previous years. I've also jotted down the important sections from memory, like "No child shall be given in adoption without the prior permission of the court" (Section 49, J.J. Act).

But I'm unsure if this is enough. Should I also make note of landmark judgments like "Daniel Latifi v. Union of India"?

I don't think studying family law in a tight CLAT UG schedule is a far-fetched idea. Family law is a relatively static subject with fewer judgment updates compared to other areas like criminal law or constitutional law, where the Supreme Court is frequently changing precedents. With some strategic study planning and effective note-making, you can definitely cover family law basics within the given timeframe.

Maine toh CLAT ka schedule dekhkar aap logon se poocha tha kyunki kya hoga, Family Law padhna? Ab yeh question hai, main khudse kya expect kar rahi hoon? CLAT ke schedule mein Family Law ka kaafi time nahi hai, lekin isme koi zaroorat hai toh isko prioritize karna hi hoga.
