Studying Contract Law in Limited Time for DU LLB Entrance

contract du_llb advanced schedule_help

Bhai, I'm struggling to study Contract Law for the DU LLB Entrance in a short time. Meri plan hai, I've made a 30-day study plan, where I'll cover one chapter of the subject every two days. I've been reading the textbooks by R.K. Bangia and K. R. Mehta, but I feel I'm not covering enough topics, especially the case laws.

Right now, I'm studying the chapters on formation of contracts, types of contracts, and termination of contracts. But I'm also thinking of making notes on the important case laws like Bhatia International v. Bulk Trading, State of UP v. Singh, and others. But bhai, I'm worried that I won't be able to cover all the chapters and case laws in time. Will this plan help me crack the entrance exam?

"Hey, yaar, limited time na? Don't worry, cover these quick points for Contract Law: Offer and Acceptance (section 2 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872), Free Consent, Undue Influence, Illegality, Unenforceability. Focus on essential cases like Laxmidas Raichand vs Ganga Devi (1879), B.N. Bhattacharjee vs Amalgamations of Southern India Ltd (1974). Practice past year papers to boost confidence. Make a neat revision chart to quickly recall concepts.

Agar aapke paas limited time hai, toh yeh sabse pehle padhai ki routine ko prioritize karna hai. Contract Law ka syllabus bada hai, lekin main kahaunga, aap in topics par focus karein: Section 30-53, 65-72, Specific Performance, Quantum Meruit aur Mitakshara aur Dayabhaga. Iske alawa, some practice questions aur sample papers bhi try karein. Isse aapka time management aur revision bahut accha hoga.
