Struggling with Jurisprudence for CUET PG Law - My Hail Mary Moment
jurisprudence cuet_pg advanced failure_storyKaisee ho, guys? I thought jurisprudence was all about understanding the underlying principles of law, but the reality hit me like a ton of bricks. During my last attempt at CUET PG Law, I was woefully unprepared for this section. I relied heavily on those cringe-worthy study materials that promised miracles, but delivered nothing but confusion. Fast forward to this attempt, I realized that those materials were just a bunch of pseudo-intellectual mumbo-jumbo. What worked for me this time around was going back to basics - reading Kanga, Austin, and other foundational texts. Now, I'm revisiting cases like Loke Nath v. Emperor and Jagdev Singh v. State to grasp the underlying concepts. It's a lot of hard work, but I'm finally getting a grip on this subject. Wish me luck, guys!
