Struggling with IP for AILET: When the Concept of Originality Confuses

ipr ailet advanced failure_story

I'll be the first to admit, Intellectual Property was my Achilles' heel during the CLAT exam, and I'm having the same issue now with AILET. I used to get bogged down in the nuances of patents vs trademarks, and the difference between copyright and performers' rights, yada yada yada. The more I read, the more I got confused. I mean, who can remember the distinction between a work's public domain vs a perpetual right to be forgotten? I used to cram entire books into one night, thinking that would somehow magically stick the concepts in my brain. Newsflash: it doesn't.

This time around, I've taken a different approach. I've started making flashcards with key terms and definitions on one side and example questions on the other.
