Lekin jab maine apne saamanya kaanooni concepts ko company law mein lagu kiya, toh sirf khidki se khule hue ho jaae hue dekh liya. Ab main company law ki talaash mein aapne saath nahi khata.

Bhai, I feel you. Company Law ki to phir phas gaye hain. Main bhi aapki tarah hi thak gaya tha, lekin phir mei naya approach liya. Aapko koi idea ho kya jo aapne apnai understanding badhai, ya to koi book/notes recommendation ho? Maine "Company Law By Manish Tewari" padha, woh bahut helpful tha. Aap bhi try karo, aur koi aur tips bhi batao.
Bhai, Company Law can be a maze, especially when you're new to it. What I felt went wrong was not enough practice problems and case studies. To turn it around, I started making flashcards for key terms, practiced past exams, and joined a study group to discuss tricky concepts. Now, I feel much more confident, especially after understanding the importance of memorizing key sections like Table A and Schedule I.
