Main toh yeh keh sakta hoon ki section 13(1)(ia) ke under, marriage dissolution ke time, property rights aur maintenance ke liye husband aur wife dhoondta pahunchta rehte hain. Section 27 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 aur Section 19 of Special Marriage Act, 1954 mein property rights ke rules diye hain, lekin humein court orders aur judgements se hi isse seekhna hota hai. Kuch courts husband ko apne share se zyada property dene ki allow karti hain, toh yeh bahut confusing hota hai.
