Still Can't Nail Down the Easement of Profit à Prendre

Kya maine kuch nahi study kiya, ya phir bas yeh ek concept hai jo mujhe bahut mushkil se samjhe raha hai - Easement of Profit à Prendre! Main samajhta hoon ki yeh kuch related hota hai TPA se, but kahaan se start karna hai, maine abhi tak nahi samjha. Maine socha ki mera teacher mujhe is concept se related question se jodega, but main unka bhi answer nahi den sakta. Ab 3 din baaki hain, aur main toot gaya hoon. Koi bata sakta hai ki yeh easement of profit à prendre kya hota hai?

I don't agree, easement of profit à prendre is actually quite clear-cut. It's a right granted to another to take something (like water, minerals) from a neighbouring land for the benefit of their own land. The issue usually lies in proving whether the right exists, not in defining it. In my view, the key lies in identifying the dominant and servient tenements and establishing the scope of the right. Can't see the complexity you're referring to.
