Simplifying CPC with 'Property Law for AIBE' by A K Sahay

This book is a lifesaver for CPC-related anxiety, but don't expect miracles. Sahay sir's commentary on the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) is detailed, no doubt about that. He's covered the entire CPC, not just snippets. I mean, have you tried to understand the nuances of Order 9 Rule 5, 'Injunctions before suit instituted'? It's a maze. But Sahay sir somehow manages to make it somewhat comprehensible. His explanation of 'residual rights of parties' is decent too. The downside is the lack of 'question-based practice' as promised. Still, if you're stuck with CPC, Sahay's your man. Just be prepared for a lot of reading, okay?
