Separation of Powers: The 3-Act Play
jurisprudence general advanced analogy_postYeh to kuch zyada complex ho raha hai. Think cricket. Imagine a match where the umpire, team captain, and coach are all on the same team. Chaos, right? Now imagine each of them with their own distinct roles. The umpire decides the rules, the team captain makes strategic decisions, and the coach provides guidance. This is similar to the separation of powers in our government. The judiciary (judge) interprets laws, the legislature (parliament) makes laws, and the executive (govt) enforces them. Each has their own sphere of power and can't just do whatever they want. Just like how the coach can't suddenly decide the rules or the team captain can't just become the coach, our system has checks and balances to prevent any one branch from getting too powerful.
