Separation of Powers and Checks and Balances: Kya Farq Hai?

Sabhi ke kahne mein yehi hai ki dono ek doosre ke liye zaroori hain, lekin maine socha ki yeh ek hi cheez hai, to phir kya difference hai?
Maine socha ki yeh cheezein saamantar hain, jab ki separation of powers ke baare mein kaha jata hai ki powers ko trinomaal karna hai aur dono aur dono ko apne area mein kam karna hai.

Arre, ek baat clear hai ki separation of power aur check and balances donon hi constitutional principles hai. Lekin difference yah hai ki separation of power ka focus hai ki constitution mein kai departments ho aur inki powers alag-alag ho, jabki check and balances ka focus hai ki power ko balance karna hai, taki koi bhi department overstep na kar sake. Isliye, check and balances separation of power ka ek component hai.
