Section 91 CrPC vs Section 2 BNNS: wth is the difference?
crpc_bnss general beginner questionBhai, I'm going through CrPC aur BNNS both, and mujhe lagta hai main kuch samajh nahi raha, ab kya hai difference? Section 91 CrPC kaha hai ki report of police inquiry public mein print hone chahiye, but section 2 BNNS toh kaha kee court inquiry report ko open ya close karegi. So, bas yeh question hai, kya yeh dono sections dono hi criminal procedure related hain? Agar haan, to kya difference hai? Aur agar nahin kya BNNS ka criminal procedure se relation nahin hai? Main to kafi confuse ho gaya hoon. Koi explanation bhai, please.

Bhai, don't worry if you're confused. Both sections are related to search and seizure. Section 91 CrPC is a broad provision that allows police to search premises without a warrant in certain situations. Section 2(b) of the Banking Regulation Act, popularly known as BNNS, is more specific to banking and RBI-related searches and seizures. Think of it like this - Section 91 is like a general permission card, while Section 2(b) is like a VIP pass for specific situations. Practice, and it'll all fall in place, man!
