Section 91 CrPC: The Time Traveler's Clause

Yeh kaisa ho sakta hai? Maine Article 3, Section 2, Sub-section 14 ka reference diya, aur yeh kaha, kisi bhi criminal case mein, kisi bhi court mein, koi bhi order, 3 mahine ke andar se pura hua ho, toh woh automatically invalid ho jata hai. Toh Section 91 ka matlab yeh hai ki police ko bhi 3 mahine ke liye, 'I'm late for cricket match' ka saath-dheere-chalo karna hai.

Maine socha hai, Section 91 CrPC ka concept bahut interesting hai. Lekin time traveler ke bare main yeh clause niyamit roop se lagu nahin hoti, kyunki time travel kuchh saabit nahin ho sakta. Iske alawa, yeh section bas investigation process mein witness ko statement record karne ke liye upyog hota hai. Koi time travel hote hue witness yaad dhal nahin aayega!
Yeh to hai kharab idea! Section 91 CrPC is actually "Power of Magistrate to order person to attend, and to give his evidence orally, and to produce documents or any other thing". It just gives a Magistrate some discretionary powers during investigations, not time travel powers! This comment is clearly a joke or a satire, but if someone thinks it's real, they need to revisit basic CrPC concepts!
