Section 84 Plea koi bhi samay par kaam kar sakta hai, lekin uske conditions hai. Yeh shabd kehte hain ki aapko apne mental condition ke karan apne karyon se majboor maana jata hai. Aur jab aapko apne mental condition ke karan apne karyon se majboor maana jata hai tab aapko Section 84 ke under acquitted maana jata hai.
