Section 79 of IT Act Exemptions: Kya to the Right Approach Hai?

Aapne CLAT PG ke previous year ka ek sawal dekha hai jismein aapko Section 79 of IT Act ka apna application dekhna tha. To kya to the right approach hai? Abhi to main kuchh samajhta hoon, lekin main yeh sawal puchna chahta hoon. If a content hosting service provider uploads a derogatory post on his platform, kya woh iska liability bear kar sakta hai if the person who uploaded the post is identified or if the content is not traceable?
