Mehenge comment hai, Section 66D ko threat nahi, rather misuse kaa victim hai. Yeh section online hate speeches aur cyber crime ko control karna chahta hai, lekin iska abhi use karte hue free speech ko haani pahunch rahi hai. Court ko is section ko review karne ka moka do, agar aap log inko proper way se use karenge, toh yeh azaad bhasha ka sahi adhar ban sakta hai.
