Section 65 of CPC: Digital Evidence - Fact or Myth?

Section 65 only says that digital evidence needs to be verified by the Court's own expert, woh to kya hai? It's a simple process of authentication. It doesn't restrict its admissibility. This misconception leads to arguments about its validity, but it's actually giving us a safety net. It ensures that digital evidence is genuine and not tampered with. We should be thankful for this extra layer of protection, yaar. It's not a myth, but a necessary part of our judicial system.
