Section 6 of Hindu Marriage Act - Main kaun, Papa kaun?

family bar_exam advanced concept_confusion

I'm literally stuck on this one, guys. Section 6 is supposed to be about capacity to marry but it's so confusing. According to Sub-section 1, capacity is governed by the Hindu Marriage Act, but then Sub-section 2 says it's governed by the Special Marriage Act if the marriage is registered under that Act. But what if the couple is marrying under the Hindu Marriage Act but they've got a previous divorce decree from the Special Marriage Act? Whoa, main khud se hi confused hoon! Family think I can just magic the answers out of thin air, but I'm literally sitting here with a 'confused' mug on my head. Am I missing something or is Section 6 truly contradictory?

Main toh bolunga, yeh Section 6 bahut hi important hai. Yeh kaha hai ki ek Hindu ladka ya ladki, jab tak vah 21 saal ka na ho, apne parivaar ke samarthan ka pradarshan karne me asamarth ho, vah ek Hindu shaadi karne ka hukum hai. Ismein pita aur mata ka kya role hai, iska bhi dhyan rakhna hoga.

Bhai, aapki sawal theek hai. Main apne classmates ke saath aise din yaad karta hoon jab papa kaun hain, main kaun hoon, papa kaun hain, main kaun hoon, aur sabhi kaun hain debate hota tha. Hindu Marriage Act ki Section 6 ka matlab hai ki jo jatil ya up-jaati se hain, woh apne jatil varg ko bata sakte hain aur shadi kar sakte hain.
