Bhai, mere khayal se to yeh dono concepts alag-alag hai. Section 43 (Consumer Protection Act) pehle hi consumer ki jaanch karta hai, beech mein company ka responsibility bhi determine karta hai. Vicarious liability pehle hi company ke liability ka prabandhan karta hai, par usmein section 43 ke case ko consider nahi kiya jaata. Yeh dono concepts alag-alag situations mein used hote hain, to jumbled mess nahin, hai na?
