Bhai, yeh question toh bahut interesting hai! Section 375 IPC mein 'zina maang' ka implication yeh hai ki unhone consent nahin diya, kyunki unka 'no' kaafi nahi tha. Lekin, aapko yeh sabit karna hoga ki unka 'no' forced ho ya khud se accept kiya. Yeh ek complex issue hai, lekin agar 'no' khud se accept kiya toh kya yeh consent hai ya nahin?
Bhai, this 'Zina Maang' defence is just a red herring to confuse us law students. Sec 375 IPC only deals with consent, not with consent being withdrawn mid-act. So, even if zina maang happens, it doesn't mean the woman's consent is automatically withdrawn. Consent is a continuous process, and we need to look at it holistically, not just at a single point in time.
