Section 375 IPC - The Definition That Fails

Maine 2 din phele CLAT ki prep kardi thi, tab bhi ye thought aayi thi ki Section 375 IPC ka defination bahut problem hai. Inholing the definition of consent in IPC is just not possible in today's world. Kya aap jaante hain ki consent pe Section 375 ka defination only on "implied consent" based hai? Implied consent? What does that even mean? Ye to 1950s ka defination hai, isse aaj ki society ke hit mein nahi lagega. Aur kya aap samajhte hain ki ab consent pe laws ke kareeb ja rha hai, lekin ye Section 375 ki defination aise hi hai. Ismein consent ka real meaning nahi hai. Kya logon ko pata hai ki hum kya bol rahe hain?
