Koi bhai, Section 372 IPC ka connection company law ke new rule se hai, lekin direct connection hai na. Yeh to IPC mein criminal law ke under hai. Company law ka naya rule, jaise Companies Act, 2013 ke Section 188, yeh company ki governance aur regulation ke baare mein hai. Woh Section 372 IPC, jismen fraud ke case mein imprisonment ka mention hai, direct connection nahi hai new company law rules se.
