Agar ham kisi contract mein aisa likh dete hain ki apna liability dene ke baavjood, koi payment karta hai, toh us payment ke baare mein kya hota hai? Is section mein yeh baat kaha hui hai ki payment ke baad bhi contract khatam nahin hota. Lekin kya yeh sach hai? Agar payment kisi kanooni jimmewar nahi hai, toh kya us contract ke baavjood payment karne wale ko koi farzad nahi milta?
