Yeh kya jaante hi nahin. Kya ye nahi hai ke galti se marne waale ko bhi maaf kar sakte hain? Mera kya hai, main yeh sochta hoon ki is cheez mein koi samajh nahin hoti.
Hum yeh sochte hain ki is section ki aalag aalag definitions hain, ek ke liye galti aur doosre ke liye galti se maara gaya. Isse to logon ko confuse kar diya ja raha hai.

Saab, I think Section 304-A IPC is indeed a relatively fair law. It provides protection to those rashly causing the death of another, but not having any intention to cause harm. This is evident from the recent judgments in the Supreme Court. It shows that our law has evolved to balance the need for punishment with compassion for human error.
