Lekin section 304 ka case bhi murder hai, 1st degree ya second degree, par section 304 ke cases mein woh shabd "culpable homicide" hai. Maine toh samajh nahi paa raha ki ismein kya difference hai. Kya yeh section 302 ke cases se alag hai?
