Section 300 IPC: Murder - Homicidal Intent Analogy

Ab kuch confusing baat hai jo CLAT ki padhai mein aati hai, woh hai Section 300 IPC ka 'Intent' ka shabd. So, imagine hum cricket khel rahe hain aur koi bhai ko goli maara hai. Agar usne goli nai maari ho, par bhai ka injury ho gaya ho, to isko 'attempt to murder' kahte hain. Lekin agar usne goli maari ho aur bhai ka marr paaya ho, to isko 'murder' kahte hain. Yeh intention ka hi faisla karta hai. Yadi intention maarna tha, to 'attempt' kya; yadi accident tha, to 'attempt' bhi.
