"Section 30 of Indian Contract Act hai ek bahut hi jaruri aur uchit prakriya. Yeh prarthi ke saath kaam karta hai agar unka apmaan ho jaye, toh unki contract band karne ki kshamta hoti hai. Lekin ismein kuch chunautiyan bhi hain, jaise ki contract mein apmaan ki sambhavnaa ko saaf-seema karne ka tareeka.
"Section 30 k bare m yeh discussion to the point hai. Section 30 ka matlab yeh hai ki kisi agreement se koi benefit nahi milta to us agreement se jo paisa dene ka paath hai woh vapsi kar jata hai. Yeh to logic ka sahaj application hai, nahi toh koi bhala karte. Agar koi agreement mere paas hai jo mujhe paisa dene ka paath hai lekin mera benefit nahi milti, toh mujhe wapas paisa aayega.
