Section 29A - Proof of Service vs Actual Service

Main problem hai in Section 29A. Iski aisi lagti hai jisne ek bimari se pehle likha tha. Section 29A ke matlab yeh hai ki service karne wala ka aatm pramaan kafi hai, aur court use accept karega. Lekin, Section 29A ke shreni mein Section 8 ka mention hai, jo kehata hai ki if the court is satisfied that the service was actually made, it shall be deemed to have been served. Yeh toh phir Section 29A se contradictory hai. Yeh Section 29A ke andar wala rule ka matlab kya hai, yeh toh main samajh nahin sakta. Kaafi confusing hai.
