Section 29 of the Indian Evidence Act

Last year AIBE question ka to yeh tha - "A person has a document in English which states that he had sold a property to X, but in the original English document, the buyer's name was mentioned as Y. The person claims that it was a typographical error and he had actually sold the property to X. Admitted in evidence this English document, is it admissible?"

Now, my friends, let's first understand that Section 29 of the Indian Evidence Act says that where foreign document is examined by a foreign public document officer, then its contents can be admitted in evidence. But here, the document is not a foreign public document. It is a document written in English, but it is not a foreign public document.
