Section 25 Company Not Profit, But What About Losses?
company clat_pg beginner questionBhai, mujhe kya lagta hai ki Section 25 of Companies Act ke liye humein jo condition hai, yeh to aisa lagta hai ki company mein nishchint kaafi hota hai. To main khud se sawal utha raha tha ki agar company Section 25 ka paalan karega, phir yeh company profit kaise khayege? Kitni aisi company hain jo Section 25 ke anusar apna work karte hain? Koi aisa example jaankar mein bahut khush huaaonga. Kya koi company aisa hai jo Section 25 ke anusar losses uthate hue bhi phir bhi profitable ho gayi hai? Koi kuch bataiye, please!

Yaaar, I think there's a misconception here. Just coz a company's not profit-oriented, doesn't mean it can't incur losses. Section 25 companies can still have losses, but the primary goal is to advance some other purpose like education, social welfare, etc. It's not about making a profit, but maybe breaking even or using surplus for the cause. So, not all Section 25 companies will be in the black, but some might not be in the red either!
