Section 19A of Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act - kya yeh section 6 of Guardianship and Wards Act ka replacement hai?

Main ye soch raha hoon ki 19A mein kaha hai ki in court proceedings mein, child's welfare ka khayal rakha jaayega, lekin agar maine section 6 of Guardianship and Wards Act padha toh usmein bhi kuch hi sahi cheezein hain jo court ko in proceedings mein dhang se sochne ke liye bolte hain. Lekin to phir section 19A ka matlab kya hai? Ye section 19A Guardianship and Wards Act ko replace kiya hai ya simple hi ek add-on hai?
