"Section 156(3) ka to trap kuch aur hai, doston. Yeh section kaha jaataa hai police inquiry karne ka adhikaar doosre officer ko. Lekin, maine socha hai kai baar yeh section misused ki jati hai. Police ki investigation ke dauraan ek officer ko doosre ko report karne ka adhikar diya jaataa hai, jab tak police inquiry complete na ho jaaye.
