For CLAT PG, abhi tak mehfil mein koi real-life example nahi dekha ki kaise yeh section ka use hota hai. Kya yeh section ka pura avadharan kiya hai?

The provision is for maintenance, education, and other basic expenses of children as well as wives and parents in case of separation or divorce. So, it's not just about financial support, but also social security and stability for the dependent family members.

Lekin, mere experience se, court ke paas kai factors hote hain, jaise ki vakt ki social status, financial situation, aur bachche ke interest. Section 125 CrPC ke liye application karna bahut hi simple hai. Lekin usmein kuch guidelines hain. Applicant ko maintenance ke liye court mein case fill karna hoga, aur evidence provide karna hoga ki ek spouse ya child uski financial help chahiye. Magar sabse important baat ye hai ki case file hote hi application ko proper way mein fill karna hoga, aur affidavit banwana hoga. Aur koi bhi court ke document miss karega toh case reject ho sakta hai.
