Section 125 ka matlab hai ki maintenance ke liye wife ko priority milta hai, lekin phir Section 20 IPC ke madhyam se child ka maintenance bhi seek kiya ja sakta hai. Lekin yeh to contradictory lagta hai. Main samajh nahi sakta ki court wife ki maintenance ke liye order di sakta hai, lekin phir agar beech mein wife ka death ho jaata hai, toh kya child ka right nahi hota ki unka ek baap hi apna khada kaam kare? Kya koi bhi rules hain jo isse samjhaayenge?

Aapke question ka uttar karna bahut zarur hai! Section 125 CrPC khaas car ke wife ke liye hai, lekin agar husband ne divorce ke bina maintenance karna mana hai toh kya options hain? Logon ke paas apni wife ke liye maintenance wala case court mein hi file karna hai, jo bahut zaroori hai. Koi bhi decision lena, sabse pehle khudko aur family ko jaroor samajhna!
Bhai, Section 125 CrPC is specifically for maintenance of wife, not children. But what about children's maintenance? That's where Section 20 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act comes in. Under this, children can demand maintenance from their father. Another option is under the Juvenile Justice Act, child care and protection. So, it's not just about Section 125 CrPC, but a combo play of laws is required.
