Yeh kya hai ki Section 125 k under court 25% maintenance amount ka order kis par lagta hai? Yeh kya hota hai ki court kaise decide karta hai ki maintenance amount kis par lagana chahiye? Maine kaha hai ki maintenance amount only wife aur children par lagata hai lekin kuch case mein dikhaya jata hai ki father ko bhi maintenance pata hai. Lekin yeh kaise ho raha hai main samaj nahi pa raha. Koi bhi bhai help kare toh please.

Section 125 CrPC confusion hai to don't worry, bachche! Yeh Section maintenance and livelihood of wife, children, or parents k liye hai, jab unka maintenance unke spouse ya near relatives se nahi mil raha ho. Ismein kuch aur bhi conditions apply hote hain, jaise ki spouse ki bhookh ya gareebi. Relax, abhi bhi time hai aap kuch research karte.
