Section 125 CrPC and Section 20 BNSS: Same Concept, Different Provisions?
crpc_bnss general advanced questionMain problem yeh hai - Section 125 CrPC and Section 20 BNSS - dono me ek hi concept hai - maintenance maangne ke liye. Lekin kya difference hai? CrPC mein court ki power hoti hai maintenance maangne ke liye, jabki BNSS me koi special tribunal nahi hai, toh kya court ka same power hai? Aur yeh dono provisions ek hi samay par applicable hai kya? Yeh sab confusion mein hoon. Koi explanation to dijiye. Aur agar dono provisions me aapko lagta hai ki koi difference hai, toh woh kya hai?
