Ek ladka, bhai, main to 3 saal se yahi padh raha hoon, par yeh sabit karne ki koshish kar raha tha ki IPC mein section 375 ka 'Zoological impossibility' ka kya matlab hai.

"Main aaghaaz se hi yeh case ke baare mein khushkhabri sunne ke liye chal padein! Mera khayal hai ki SC ne jo 4th schedule ko banaya, use apne desh mein tribal rehit ka karan se bachne ke liye apnaaya hai. Lekin kya yeh 4th schedule hi tribal rehiton ka sabse bada khaufnaak khatra hai?

Sawaal Ka Jawab Mila - Bishnupada Singh v. State of Orissa: A landmark case in Indian law. Supreme Court ka faisla: accused's guilt can be proved on circumstantial evidence alone. No need for direct evidence. Judges ki baat: 'circumstantial evidence can also lead to conviction if it points to the guilt conclusively.' Yeh case abhi tak kanooni paripatro mein kaafi pehle hai.

Bhai, congrats on finally finding the answer. Bishnupada Singh ka case hamaare criminal law notes ki ek imp part hai. Uski section 302 IPC ki wajah se hua tha, aur verdict ek bahut badi jaankari hai. Apne notes aur notes pe lecture padhne ka try karo, tabhi toh aapko pata chalega ki case ka kya impact raha hai.
