Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas... Ya Sabka Haq?

I fully agree with the statement that Article 21 of the Indian Constitution is a goldmine for human rights defenders. It's indeed the cornerstone of our constitutional democracy, ensuring the right to life and liberty. But I'd like to take it a step further - what about all the people who are still unaware of this fundamental right? In a country where access to justice is a luxury many can't afford, how many cases are lost due to lack of knowledge about Article 21? Take, for example, the landmark case of Olga Tellis vs Bombay Municipal Corporation (1980), where the Supreme Court recognized the right to shelter as a fundamental right. If only more people knew about this case, imagine the difference it could make in the lives of the homeless and the poor. It's time we made Constitutional Law more accessible to all, not just the privileged few.
