S. 31(7) IPC v/s Mere Dominant Ingress Rights - What's the Dhamaka?

Bhai, main aapke sath nahin khareedta. Ek dominant ingress rights ka matlab hai ki owner ka haq hai property se access lena, Lekin IPC ki Section 31(7) ki baat karein, yeh khatarnak mishrand ke liye ek special provision hai. Is situation mein, IPC ka provision precedence rakhta hai, dominant rights ke over. Aise me aap IPC ka section 31(7) dekhna hoga, yeh koi common law se inspiration leta hi nahi.
Agree karta hoon, koi difference hai. S. 31(7) IPC mein right of private defence is specific aur limited, jabki dominant ingress rights (jaise aapka entry in common land) koi right of private defence nahi deta. Kya aapka vichar hai? Dominant ingress rights ka scope S. 31(7) IPC se bada ya kam hai?
