Revision Ka Mauka: CLAT UG Evidence Act/B SA Tips

Maine last semester kuch galat kiya, ab yeh revision ke liye hoon. Ek chhota tips:

• Essentials: First, practice the most common sections of the Evidence Act, like section 6 to 27, 32, 43B, etc. These topics will definitely come in the question paper. Understand 'Relevant, Irrelevant, and Res Gestae statements' aur section 60 aur 65 ke beech ka difference.
• BSA: Focus on the key principles of BSA, including 'Dying Declaration', 'Confession', aur 'Expert Opinion'. Familiarize yourself with the format of the questions and practice solving problems.
• Practice previous years: Do practice questions from previous years' papers, it will give you an idea of the type of questions asked and help you manage your time during the exam.
