Reputation V/S Right to Privacy: A Dilemma

Imagine you, a social media influencer, share a photo with a famous actor, and the caption is something like 'yeh ladka mera crush hai'. But the actor's PR team doesn't take it well and sends you a legal notice claiming you're damaging his reputation. Now, you know in India, under BSA, a person has the right to freedom of speech and expression (Article 19(1)(a)). But, with this right comes the responsibility of not harming or defaming others.

The actor's team might cite the B. K. Malabari case, where the SC held that a plaintiff's reputation is a valuable right. But you might argue that this is a public figure and his reputation should be more robust. What legal remedy applies in this situation? Can you gag a social media influencer for a harmless post? Do rights of one person clash with the other?
