Rebutting hearsay evidence - Admissibility of hearsay testimony in Indian Courts

Main yeh kahaunga ki hearsay evidence kayi samay tak admissible hai, aur adhikar sabhi courts ke paas hai iske basis pe judgment lena. Section 32(1) BSA mein likha hai, "If the person who, when he abanduses the declaration, charge, or admission by words, written or spoken, or otherwise, is available as a witness, then the contents of such declaration, charge or admission shall be considered as evidence." Ye shabd batate hai ki hearsay evidence ka adhikar hai.
