Ration Distribution Ka Naya Avsar

Similarly, when ration distribution happens in my locality and my favorite store is out of stock, I think of the case of State of Punjab v. Ram Lubhaya. The Supreme Court held that rationing by the government cannot be challenged on grounds of equality or fundamental rights. It's like a traffic rule, bhai. The government has its way and sometimes we have to take it as it is.
