Quashing Orders ki Real Story

So, I was interning with a district judge, and we got this case where a bunch of farmers were protesting against a new mining project. The government gave them a notice, saying they'll acquire their land. Farmers were like, "No, abhi nahin". Judge had to decide whether to quash the order or not. Now, my textbook was all about the principles of administrative law but never mentioned the practical side of things. What I learned that day was that a lot of judges consider the "moral and social impact" of their decisions while quashing orders. It's not just about applying the law, but also thinking about the real-life consequences of their orders. This made the subject so much more interesting for me.
