Arre yaar, Section 52 HPA ka concept tou bahut hi confusing hain. Maine read kiya hai ki yeh court ke paas apne own discretion ke andar property ke khilaaf decision lena allow karti hain. But seriously, kya yeh nahi hota hain ki iska impact property rights par hota hain?

Ye Section khud ki zameen ko lease karne par hamaare haq ke bare mein hai. Aapko yeh samajhna hoga ki kis tarah apni zameen ko lease kiya jata hai aur kya haq hain.
