Unka concept to simple tha, lekin uske application mein confusion thi. Ek sawal yeh tha: "A person purchases a plot of land from a developer, who is the owner of the property at the time of sale? A) The developer, B) The previous owner, C) The person who purchased it."
Maine A) ki option chunee thi, lekin uske liye kai logon ne B) chuna. Unhone yeh kaha ki developer to usse property diya usne, tabhi usne usse khareeda, phir vah owner kya? Mujhse lagta hai ki developer to owner hoga, lekin phir uske baad woh kya?

Bhai, mere khayal se property law ka concept to aapke liye asaan hai, par uske application ko samjhe to kaafi mushkil hoga. Dono ko practice karke samjhna hoga. Aapko koi specific question ya topic mila hai toh main aapke saath help kar sakta hoon. Property law ka dabav to uske different sections aur acts se hota hai, jaise IPC, Transfer of Property Act aur Easement Act.
